You need to fill the registration form in order to get access to the electronic library (EL of MSUPE). Please enter information about yourself in the column “remarks” or justify the necessity to have an access to EL.

Attention! For persons working with EL resources outside the University hyperlinks to publications accessible only in the reading hall of the MSUPE’s Library will remain inactive even after authorization.
