The paper defines the specifics of the phenomenon of deprivation of boarding school pupils and the possibility of optimizing some negative behavioral and personal manifestations of pupils by means of training activities. The hypothesis is proved that a specially organized procedure of socio-psychological training contributes to the improvement of individual components of deprivation, in particular, the level of social frustration, situational anxiety, intolerance to uncertainty, conformity, and frustration intolerance.

The development of prepositional-case construction skills in preschoolers facilitates the development of grammatical speech and is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of communicative functions. A review of specialized literature, a diagnostic study, and analysis and interpretation of the data revealed underdeveloped skills in using prepositional-case constructions in preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment. Methodological recommendations for developing skills in using prepositional-case constructions were then developed. At each stage, a goal was formulated, tasks and methods of speech therapy intervention were defined, and a card index of games and exercises was created.
