The bachelor`s thesis is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the style of communicative interaction with customers among sales managers with different work experience. According to the results of the study, the main hypothesis is proved that the style of communicative interaction with customers among sales managers has features related to work experience in the field of trade. The particular hypotheses of the study are also proved. It was revealed that the more professional experience sales managers have, the higher their communication, organizational skills, as well as a tendency to manipulation; among the most experienced managers, there are more managers with the most effective style of interaction with customers than among the least experienced. Managers with long experience have a lower level of personal anxiety on average than novice managers. The results of the study can be used by organizational psychologists in order to improve the recruitment and selection processes.

The graduate qualification work is devoted to the study of the relationship between the risk of emotional burnout and compassion fatigue, personality traits and professional demand in novice psychologists — counselors. According to the results of the empirical study — collection and analysis of quantitative data proved the hypothesis that in counseling psychologists with less than five years of experience the risk of emotional burnout is associated with the level of professional demand and compassion fatigue, and also proved the hypothesis that in counseling psychologists with less than five years of experience the risk of emotional burnout is associated with such personality traits as, neuroticism, depression, irritability. The obtained results can be used to organize further research, as well as to prevent the emergence of emotional burnout among novice psychologists-consultants.
